I solve the problem. I cleared the CMOS by removing the battery on the motherboard and placing it back after a minute or so. My computer entered the BIOS screen when I turned the power on.
Then I changed the USB options to "enabled" in the BIOS menu. It solved the problem, so that I can use my USB keyboard and USB mouse on the initial screens.
