500gb sata Hd trying to add 1.5tb sata on Vista x64 Ultimate

Hi, Everybody! I just wanted to know if its possible to ADD a 1.5TB Seagate Sata hard drive on my existing 500gb SATA hard drive on my AMD Phenom 9850 Quad Processor 2.50ghz and my memory has a 8Gb. PLease provide any link or instruction how to set it up! Thank you so much!

If I understand your question correctly, you want to add a second drive to your computer?
Should just be a case of getting the drive, putting it in the case (mounted correctly) and plugging in the power and data cable in the appropriate places and follow the instructions in windows.

my main question, I dont know how to set up the raid controller I believe...because the hard drive imma bout to put is SATA and is not an IDE which is plug and play...mounting the hard drive is no problem...I just wanted to know how you SET IT UP"
