How to fix a keypad mouse gone crazy

My keypad mouse is moving weird, won't stop where it should and then flies across the computer screen, then freezes. I need help!!!

you will need to connect an external mouse to the USB, or whatever connection available.
The alternative being to send the computer to a service center, to have the parts replaced. Unfortunately, parts like this on a laptop are not easily user serviceable.
