I just got a 2 HP 4V's from work and made one good one. It has a jetdirect 10base t card installed.
The printer was on a PC network and now I would like to put it on my Mac network. I've downloaded all the new HP software and drivers for it but it beets the hell out of me how to make it work.
I have a power Mac G5 and Cisco Etherfast Cable/DSL router. I've tried just about everything I could find and it doesn't work.

PS can you tell me what the sm byte, lg byte and gw byte means in the CFG TCP/IP menu?
