First of all do these settings look like they are set correctly?
These are the brands of ram I have

Ok and these are settings in my bios but im not sure what to set them at
Advanced Memory Settings
tRRD (Auto, 1-15)
tRC (Auto, 1-31)
tWR (Auto, 1-7)
tWTR (Auto, 1-15)
tREF (Auto, 1, 2)
tRD (Auto, 1-15)
tRFC (Auto, 1-127)
Im very unsure what to put these at. So any guidance would be great
Are these for overclocking ram?
