I bought This - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814102730 and my power supply was low par (as far as my knowledge) will this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817339019 power supply work and bring my aging agp system back to life

That will probably work... but I'd really watch it with 22.99 PSUs.

Why not grab an Antec Earthwatts 380w? Newegg often has them for 30 bucks (free shipping, I believe).

Other good options for cheap PSUs are FSP Group and Silverstone (I think they can be had for less than $40 incl ship on Newegg).
