well, by the 4870x2 reviews, i would say the 4850x2 is a bit better than 4850 in CF

when i say a bit, i mean minimally enough to be insignificant... but it can get good at high resolutions because of the 2gb gddr3

yahh, i saw the 2gigz on there. that would have alot of advantages at the high resolutions. just mainly curious with the benchmarks though. im happy with my rig=]]

that would probably compete with the GTX280 =]

actually, 4850x2 does outperform gtx 280's in most cases, of course for the obvious one. the one with pretty graphics

the only downside with the dual GPU-ness, is that not all games support multi-GPUs. but still, if i had the money, id probably pick one up=D
i geuss the best way to scale performance of the 4850x2 would be to look at the 4850 crossfire benchmark results.
that is until a review comes out=]

The 4850x2 bench marks is out long time already. That card is scary it kills the 4870x2 at high resolutions ill post the link in a second .
