Hello everyone,

I just purchased a TREO 650 and I'm new to the Palm environment. Can anyone
suggest any books that I can buy, or websites that I can go to learn how to
use the software?

I also downloaded a Metrolink train schedule to my computer, I double
clicked on the file and the palm one quick install came up, I did a hot sink
and I thought it transferred it to my tro, I went to where all my
applications were located, but I could not see the schedule. I then tried
doing the same thing, but this time I hotsync it to my SD card, again I
could not find it anywhere.

Where in my treo can I find the Metrolink schedule?

Thank You,

Len

Hello Len,

This is Kevin from palmOne. The palmOne website is a good resource for
learning about the hardware and software, you might give the following
pages a look.

http://www.palmone.com/us/community/

palmOne Support: Just pick your model from the drop-down box, lots of
useful info here

And don't forget to register your new Treo. It will keep you up-to-date
on any information regarding discounts and promotional offers that may
come up.

Depends on which one you downloaded. A URL would be nice.

Also, http://www.freewarepalm.com has much freeware for Palms.

But, please, continue this discussion over in comp.sys.palmtops.pilot
