USB HP Speakers

I have a pair of HP speakers that plug into a usb adapter. I cannot get any sound from the speakers but if I plug the speakers into the sound card they work. I have checked hardware devices and it shows no conflicts, everything shows normal. I am running XP Pro...

usb devices like that normaly come drivers that you need to install before they can function properly.
