Corsair dominator 1066 Problem

I have a problem with my Corsair Dominator 1066 4gb memory , where whenever I set them in my MB to 1066Mhz 5-5-5-15 with 2.1v as recommended my system Just hangs !!
The default for them is 800 MHz 5-5-5-18
I ran mem+ for 3h without any problem tried 1 stick @ a time same problem?!
Tried to give them more juice with 2.2v no luck
I know there won’t be any difference in performance but Y does my System Hangs?!

I have EVGA 780i FTW MB
NO OC

Not likely since it's passing Memtest but thanks for your input.

Try a small bump on your memory controller voltage since you are OCing it. Nvidia calls it SPP but, your BIOS could call it that, MCH, NB, or other variations of North Bridge. Consult your manual for better info on your specific MOBO. Try 1.4v.
