Tungsten E: How do I reinstall the photos app?

Hi all,

The Photos app in my Tungsten E keeps getting broken. I don't know what is
causing it. Sometimes the icon remains and sometimes it turns into a blue
circle.

Once, as far as I remember, I managed to get the Photos back when I did a
reinstall of the desktop from the CD - there was an optional
post-installation path allowing you to install Photos, Video, and Documents
to Go - again, as far as I remember. However I don't want to do this every
time. In addition, I have mislaid the CD that came with the Palm ...

Can somebody help me out.
