FSB stuck at 266? (Q9300)

Hi all.
I have a recently purchased Q9300 running on a Gigabyte 965P-DS3 (v3.3 F14). I tried a few overclocks ranging up to 415 mhz on the FSB and had no problems. Temps were ok, completely stable, etc. Anyway I settled on 400x7.5 but when I changed the FSB to 400 I noticed on restart that the POST (and consequently cpuz in windows) reported the CPU at 266*7.5. Nothing I do will change this now - setting the FSB manually to anything else, setting back to auto, etc. Any ideas what is happening here?
