Looks good, but:

Not overclocking an Intel chip is a crime that you can get thrown in a Federal pound you in the ass prison.

Also, if you have a Microcenter near you, they the Q9450 for $199.

Secondly, what resolution do you play at?
Because the 512mb 4870 can be had for only $200 with rebate and free shipping.
Is that card really worth $118 more?
Even at 1900x1200 on a 24" monitor the 1gb card is only ahead by 3-4 frames in most games vs the 512mb card.

Way better than the Zalman coolers.
Add the better mounting bracket:

Hey, what generation is that Seagate? I have an older (couple years) Seagate 250gb Sata and bought a WD 640gb AAKS a couple months ago and it's WAY faster. I think they're down to $70-80 now. I've found loading Windows on one drive and games on another separate drive speeds things up quite a bit.

yes i use vista ltimate 64, right now i play at 1680x1050, but im looking to upgrade to a much larger screen soon(24" or 27)

the reason i pickd the 4870 1GB over the 512mb is that right now on newegg the price difference between the saphire toxic 1gb and 512 is only $10. so im just gettin the 1 gb.

the zalman and seagate about 4 months old, so id rather use them before i get new stuff
