im planning to buy a a motherboard socket 1366 with ddr3 1600 support and i need recommendations because im having a big time deciding wich one i want.The price range is between 240-300$USD

Yes im planning to overclock, i want a board with good OC capabilities,i possibly buy 2 videocards maybe a 4870 512mb.

The P6T Deluxe is a good choice, and is around the upper end of that range.

Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 is a popular choice as well.

I agree with both of the above. I have the P6T Deluxe, it's absolute class, and a beast for overclocking. Has great BIOS options for overclocking.
