updating graphics cards

so i have a sony vaio laptop (sony VGN-SZ330P) and i am trying to game. and obviously it sucks for gaming and i know that but i can play fallout3 and CoD4 but i am trying to play CoD5 and it doesnt work the FPS is really bad even though i have the minimum requirements and i cant update my drivers cause its sony. is there anyway to bypass sony not allowing me to download nvidia drivers? thanks
