Windows 7 Beta P2P Capable?

I've recently started using windows 7 beta x86 and have found it to be elaborate in every aspect except p2p file sharing. For some reason programs like bitcomet, limewire, or even worldofwarcraft downloader can not connect to peers. I've disable the firewall, toggled setting in network and sharing center, and checked system events and haven't found anything out of the ordinary. And it couldn't be my network or router because I have a vista business 32bit computer working just fine in the next room. Anyone know of settings I might be missing?
