I have an ASUS a8n32-sli deluxe mobo. I had a problem with my computer that would cause a bsod if usb's were connected to the computer, not allowing it to boot. The bsod said to update my bios, which i tried. I used the asus updater tool from the website and everything went fine (it flashed 100% etc) and it told me to reboot. When it did the computer doesnt POST (no Beep sound), and i dont get any video.
I Removed the battery and switched the jumpers on the board and still nothing.

are there any other ways to reset the bios or any other things i could do ? :(

Sounds like your BIOS may have been corrupted. If your specific MB model has some sort of backup BIOS (or "dual" BIOS), the MB manual or Asus website should have info on how to activate it. Otherwise, you may just have to buy a replacement BIOS chip from Asus or someplace like mrbios.com.
