Problem after new PSU installed

just changed the TT 430w 2xfan PSU to Cooler Master 460w 14cmFan
as well as the am2 64 x2 4000+ @ 2.7Ghz @266*10.5 to x2 5000+ @ 3Ghz @233*13
the 5V meter never pass the 4.9V
it was 5.06V when i was using the TT 430w and 4000+

there are the list of the parts i am using

asus m2a-vm hdmi
cooler master hype 212 cpu cool w/12cm fan
ATi 3850 stock
2*160g HDD in raid 0
1*40g HDD ide
1 dvd-rw
2*12cm fan in and out

please advice

Its got a 10% variance as maxso as long as your 5v remains above 4.5 then its cool.

Advice - hush up and carry on fragging

Less than a 5% tolerance is very good. Do not worry.
