I have a PC that after a few years of serivce and seeming to run fine.. the Capture card in a PCI slot gave out.. figured it had failed.. replaced.. tested ok.. ran for a few days.. and that one failed.. installed a third.. it also failed after a short time.. 4 5 days.. wondering how to ensure voltages are correct or any other ideas?
