Thanks for the reply on the ACER Aspire M5620 problems with the network.
I am wondering if my network adapter is just died? System can see it, but it always says cannot see the network, even if another computer works at the same line just fine?
It suddenly stopped working one day, I reinstalled drivers from Intel website, and still no luck. It can see local network, but does not allow access internet.
What else can I do?

Check windows device drivers in the control panel for conflicts. Control panel>system>hardware>device manager; or for vista: computer>system properties>device manager. Look for colored marks next to the device which indicates a driver isn't working. Then try uninstalling the device (under properties) and rebooting and let windows try loading it again.
