Only One GPU Core Showing in 9800GX2

Hey everyone, so I have the system that's displayed in my signature and for some reason when I boot into either Vista or XP only one GPU core is showing. I've used this same 9800GX2 in another P35 system and both core are available... and it is clearly impacting performance as my 3dMark score is significantly lower than it should be.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers multiple times in both operating systems, but the problem persists. In NVIDIA control panel the option for SLI is disabled and only one core is listed, and GPU-Z confirms only one core showing. Any ideas???

You got the right driver for your video card? Are you sure it's in single display mode?

If you're sure, then your card is broke and I'd send it back.
