Core i7 asus p6t

Hello,
i have a core i7 at 3.6 right now, seems to be running well. 39c at rest 60c max so far. Crysis max everything... 49c. Not bad. However, I have seen the window 7 loading icon flicker a bit a few seconds before the os is up and running. Any clues?
