Hello,
how hard is to over clock,and what the highest i can overclock?

Quite easy, Since it is a "Black Edition" the multiplier is unlocked meaning an easy overclock, As for your other question the highest overclock varies, But if you are doing a heavy overclock (getting near 4.0GHZ) you will HAVE to buy a third party heat sink to prevent extremely high temperatures.

The highest is about 3.7 GHz without adding voltage. After that, you'll have to add extra volts and that in turn will cause extra heat that the stock HSF won't be ablt to handle. Even at 3.7 Ghz the temps with the stock HSF will be uncomfortable for most enthusiasts,
