Enough power to support new graphics card?

Hi guys!

I think my 8800GTS 640mb has broken down, right now I’m running on the built in graphics card.
I’ll buy a new card, may be 9800GT or 4830 and in case price drops or I can increase budget then 9800GTX or 4850. My PSU is Thermaltake Silent Purepower 680W. I’m in a tight budget so it would be better for me if I really don’t need a new PSU. So does this PSU has enough juice for these new high end cards? Can u guys also suggest which card to buy?

My spec:
E6600 @ stock
Intel DG965RY
2X 1GB DDR2 667
Thermaltake Silent Purepower 680W
(1x 160GB HD, 1x DVD room, 5x Fans, 1x Lancard)
Previously EVGA 8800GTS 640mb ACS edition
My PC is one & half year old.

You have way more than enough. If your budget is that tight I would get the 4850. Otherwise check
