W waz21 Distinguished Nov 14, 2010 35 0 18,530 Sep 10, 2011 #3 Also, there maybe an option if you right click your USB Stick as a whole from "my computer" and click "properties" there maybe an option or check box which says "write protect" or something similar. Uncheck the box or option and that should do it. Upvote 0 Downvote
