Phenom II 940BE + M4A79 Overclock Help

I'm trying to get my Phenom II x4 940 BE OC'ed to 4GHz. I've been making a little progress but I think I've hit a standstill. As of now I can boot into Windows 7 but it crashes within a minute. Anyway, here are the settings I have now:
CPU Multi: 20x
FSB: 200
DRAM Freq: 1067mhz
CPU/NB: 2600mhz
HT Link Speed: 2000mhz
DRAM Timings: 5, 7, 7, 24, 3-5, 32 (tCL, tRCD, tRP, tRAS, tRTP, tRC)
vCore: 1.6v
CPU/NB Voltage: 1.325v
CPU VDDA: 2.8v
DRAM Voltage: 2.1v
HT Voltage: 1.26v
NB Voltage: 1.28v

Even under this voltage, my CPU temps are idle at about 27*C according to my BIOS.

Thanks everyone!
