Get the Mushkin DDR2-800 rated 1.8v with 5-4-4-12 timings.

$47 after rebates. Best memory on the market imo for DDR2.

Try Mushkin DDR2-800 RAM, take the stock voltage version (1.8V). 4Gb shouldn't be very expensive.
