I was using the CPUZ program and I noticed my core speed is only 1.6ghz (multiplier 6, FSB 266). I don't understand this, I never tweaked the multiplier but how come it's even lower then it's stock value? I checked the bios, and it show the original core speed 2.4ghz.

My second question is the bus speed of my cpu is 266 but the memory I'm using has DRAM frequency of 400 (PC2-6400). SO the FSB:DRAM ratio at the moment is 2:3. Just to clarify does that mean the speed between the 2 components are running at 266Mhz? Do i need to either change my memory DRAM frequency to DDR-533? I can also clock my cpu up to 400FSB in theory to run at maximum memory-cpu frequency speeds right provided I have sufficient cooling?
