I am connecting usb to sata cable to windows 7, while initializing its says device is not ready I have connected it kindly help me how to identify problem thing

Enter you BIOS on POST and verify that your BIOS settings for USB include legacy, USB 1.1, and USB2.0 (high-speed). Try it while you have your USB to SATA cable plugged-in.
