Best non-gamer CPU under $200

I know this question has been asked over and over but it's usually asked coming from a gaming perspective.
What CPU (Intel) would be best under $200 that is best for non-gaming tasks? I'm looking at the E8500, Q6600, or the Q8300. I'm open to other suggestions.

I was leaning that way except I've hear that it's not as easily overclocked as the E8500 and it runs hotter.

Yea so grab the PII or Q whatever is in ur budget.

PII beats the Q6600

but the AM3-95W version. The 920/940 are ok but 125Watts is too much in my opinion.
Also, if you wait for the AM3, you will have more options to choose, from lowest X3 up to the best X4. I specially highlight the X4

I did say Intel in my original post. I already bought a MSI P43 NEO3 board. Thanks though.
