Hello,

Just recieved the hardware disc failure message at boot up. Press F10 for setup, or F2 to continue. nothing happens when i ipress F2, hangs. Disconnected the SATA drive and tried to connect it to another PC and clone the drive to a new one. The other PC won't load windows now. Bios recognizes the HD, but windows won't load up until I disconnect the faulty HD. Is there anyway to clone this drive or is it too far gone? Sad part is it's only 3 months old. Any help would be great.

OK, thank you for your reply. Fortunately I backed up about 3 weeks ago, photo's, music, etc. I just can't believe it died so soon. I couldn't even run a chkdsk on it. Totally Toast. It would spin up, when powered, then nothing.
