Computer dead

hello. i have a computer that was working fine and since i got a new computer i havent used my old computer in about a month.so i tried to turn it on and its completly dead.First i thought it was the power supply so i reoplaced it with a new power supply and that is not the problem since it still wont turn on.I have checked all the wiring to make sure everything in the mother board is connected and it is.Can someone help me and give me an idea what it could be

disconnect all drives, and take out the memory and any cards like video, sound, modem, controller, USB addon, and nic.

does the computer power on?

What motherboard is it?

Is the CPU Fan connected to the right connector?

Does the CPU Fan work?

ive checked everywhere to see what kind of mother board it is,but i cant see it anywhere.On my other computer it shows right by the heat sink and in big letters but on this computer i cant see it anywhere how else can i know what motherboard it is

sometimes it is printed between the PCI slots
