Does anyone know what component may be bad on a DEll 1704fptt Monitor that comes on then blinks off, but power light stays green. I've changed all of the caps on the inverter board without any change.

I really hope your efforts are for knowledge because why would you put so much effort in fixing a 17" LCD? We live in the age of buy and through it away. A new 17' LCD is around $100 which make fixing a dated one pointless unless it's to learn.

Only leaves the transistors to change .. or you sure you replaced the caps with correctly rated NEW replacements? I've seen ppl fit 85° caps when they should have gone with 105°. Don't want to teach you to suck eggs. You tried replacing the Monsters Caps yet?
