Highest OC for Stock AMD PII 940 BE?

I am currently running my AMD PII 940 BE on stock @ 3.45ghz safely. I was wondering with my current system setup (in sig), how much I can OC it safely on air. Right now I am using an Antec 300 case with 3 4x4 Fans venting in the system, and an extra vent port installed in one of the rear expansions. Graphics cards run @ 57c max with their OC. Anyone here have some tips?

All CPUs are different. What some person gets may be more than you'll ever get. Since we don't have access to your CPU, there is no way we could possibly know. Overclock your CPU and find out, then you'll know. thanks

That wasn't an answer I was looking for. I was actually looking for an answer based on someone who has the processor and has Overclocked on it, why did you select my best answer for me?
