I am a total newbie to flash drives, so I have no idea of what your talking about. The flash drive in question is in the cap of a pen. It stored 1 gig of data. There is NO NAME or brand name affixed to it so I can't query the company. It was a promotional device that I thought was really cool and just didn't live up to my expectations/ fantasy (sigh). What a bummer, I hate it when that happens. Any ideas?

Like I said I am a total newbie. What is form factor? This is a 1 gig USB flash drive. You just insert it into a USB port and tell the computer to save your file to it.
