Hey I have an arctic cooling accelero s2 for my video card but I have a few heatspreaders that lost their stick and I'm planning to try reseat them in a few days providing it's safe? Is Pritt Stick safe to use on the likes of the onboard ram chips and the voltage regulators to stick the heatspreaders on?

Not a good Idea.
Pritt stick is designed for paper and cloth. Constant heat cycling wound cause it to release and the heatsinks would fall off. Possibly causing a short and frying everything.
Artic silver adhesive or thermal tape is what i would use.

Seiksui Thermal tape and the proper cleaning of the chips using Artic Clean is my recommendation.

Not cleaning the chips properly is why 95% of the heatsinks fall off.

Thanks for the replies guys, there's not many local PC hardware shops where I live, only one locally is PC world and they're a huge ripoff 10-20 euro for a can of compressed air I think, all I had to clean the chips at the time was a thermal paste remover akasa tim cleaner, and I doubt it did much to clean the previous tape residue off.
