Overclock 6600gt

I have a 3d axle nvidia 6600gt.
I cant oc past 535/604. updated driver 196.34 installed and using riva tuner.
cpu oc from 2.8 to 3.09(pentium 4)
Every i look i see people going to 550/1000 or more.
anybody know whats holding me back?
MB- 4x-533 Aopen
Pentium 4
1 gig ram
500 watt p-supply

Have you added any voltage to the card and are you using a aftermarket cooler?

Either way if you're trying to get more performance get a new graphics card, your card can easily be replaced with something more powerful for a decent price, and while you're at it you may want to upgrade the rest of your computer also.

want to up voltage but settings in award bios are greyed. Dont know if I can change them. Is there some kind of trick I dont know about?

want to up voltage but in my award bios settings are in grey. Dont think I can adjust them or is there a trick to that?
