I have an MSI RS480M2 (MS-7093) M/B with 2Gb of DDR memory and a AMD 64 3200+ CPS. I want to upgrade my CPU and i'm not sure what I can get for this M/B.

I have seen AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5600+ AM2 and also 6000+ CPU's are these compatible with my M/B.

Hope the above makes sense, any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately you have no upgrade path with this board as it uses the now retired socket 939. You can try to find a used socket 939 CPU, but to be honest you are better off buying a new motherboard, memory, and CPU.
