Please help me run down this problem.
The computer appears to shut down and reboot under stress.
I ran memtest86 and 10-15 minutes into the test the computer shuts down and reboots. It does the same with Counterstrike, 10 - 15 minutes into the game.
Computer runs fine all of the time EXCEPT for the previous two scenarios.
I have tried two sets of RAM. Different sound options. Low/High performance settings in the BIOS.
CPU is running an average of 85-95 degrees F.
Video card (GPU) runs above 100.
Most current drivers are running for everything.
Where do I go from here?

E6600 2.4
2x1 Gig DDR2 RAM
NVIDIA 8600 GTS
Seagate 500 GB SATA
XP Pro sp3
