My analog lcd display is becoming darker!!

My benQ analog display is becoming darker!!!!!!! this was brighter even an week ago, n now its so dark... i tried to adjust the monitors brightness contrast but these were already high, and it wasnt changed recently... whats going on?!!! someone please help

Sounds like the backlight is failing. I'd try to contact BenQ tech support.
