Sound Problems

I have a Kensington SD100 Usb dock and I use it as my audio interface as well. The problem is that it suddenly starts speeding up whatevers playing until it gets to the point where it almost sounds like white noise. I reinstalled the drivers and this helped for a while but then the problem came back. What's going on/What can I do about it?

Are you using USB for the audio or the 3.5 mm ports?
