Disk read error

Hello,
i just formatted a seagate barracuda on another system because the other one doesn't see the CD drive.
So after i successfully installed it with windows xp, i put it back together to its own system. Now when i started booting it, that "disk read error" occures looping when i press ctrl+alt+del.
But when i put a different hard drive, it works just fine.
Please help me ASAP~

the Motherboard is Gigabyte ga-6vx7b-4x
1gb memory pentium 3 processor 1gh
