Power Supply PCI connector question....

I just bought a KFA GeForce 8500 GT PCI Express card...while installing it I noticed there is nowhere to connect the power supply...card seems to be working fine though...first PCI video card so I am a bit confused...tia

The pci-e slot will deliver a certain amount of power. Only if the vga card requires more, will the card have one or two additional power connectors.
You are good to go.

Thanks for the reply...after I posted this query I googled the same and arrived at the same conclusion...I believe my card requires about 45 watts and the PCI slot will provide up tp about 75 watts I believe...not a bad card for $29...:>)
