Hi. I am wondering if their is any software that can control the actual pci port. like if i want to shutdown a +5v pin going to the card.

Thank if anybody has any help for me. If you have more questions on wat exactly im trying to do ill answer them.

I'm testing to see if they can be used to power a fan because im all out of molex connectors
