I've this problem. Asrock K10N750SLI-110dB and MSI N9600GT-T2D512-OC.
The pci-e link width in cpu-z is only showing at 1x. I've changed the new bios, new Graphic card drivers, new chipset drivers. Nothing, still x1 under cpu-z and gpu-z.
Very low score 3dMark

PC:MB Asrock K10N750SLI-110dB, CPU AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+, 2x Apacer 1G 800MHz, GPU MSI N9600GT-T2D512-OC, PSU Corsair TX650W
