Windows ME Hibernation

I want to put my computer into Hibernate mode and I get an error saying a "Closed Caption Decoder" prevents this from happening. What is a "Closed Caption Decoder" and how can I change the settings?

Dunno' matey! But go into Bios and check out power options (could be called something simular in yours) and enable options for power functions etc.(You will know it when you see it)
