OCZ vendetta 2 and EVGA Nforce 780i....compatible?

Hi!

I have and E8400 witht he stock fan and heatsink, but now my fan just died so iw as wondering if the OCZ vendetta 2 would fit on my mobo ( EVGA 780i SLI), No really planning on doing some OC, and was told that the OCZ vendetta Temperature/noise was actually great!!

Oh, and buy the way my case is a CM690..... it should fit...right?

it will fit on the board but evonugg gave you some great links there. nothing wrong with the Vendetta 2 but make sure you see what else is out there first.
