Help Needed: HTPC Motherboard with DVI-I?

I am looking for to build a HTPC (my first build in many many years). I currently do not have an HDTV. I need a way to output the video to an analog tv, preferably through component connections. I've seen this cheap adapter on amazon that seems to convert from DVI-I to component.

Ideas:

1) Get a motherboard with DVI-I and use an adapter to convert from that to component

2) Get an HDMI to DVI cable and then convert from that to component. (even less sure this will work)

Questions,

Is there a Micro ATX board that output DVI-I?

Is there an obvious solution I am overlooking?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

You would probably have better luck purchasing a discreet video card that has component out. Here's one example:
Sapphire HD4350

Not many motherboards have component out, though the one I use came with it. I have a GA-MA69GM-S2H. If you can find one still, it has component out onboard.
