Will this PC work?

I'm 'One Click' away from ordering my friend's new pc but first I wanted to ask you guys if everything works well with each other.

I'm also ordering the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 and bracket at another shop. And shall I run XP 64 bit or Vista 64 bit on it?

Looks good to me.

Vista 64 generally has better driver support than XP 64.

The 1066MHz memory isn't necessary, you can prob get your hands on quality 800MHz sticks to save some money without sacrificing performance.
