The GTX 260 would be your best bet.It outperforms the 9600 and 9800 hands down.Goodluck.

depends really... at 1440x900 or below a 9600GT will suffice for anything... and yes even crysis. at 1680x1050, things start to get more interesting, and i would start recommending a 260 for max performance. 1920x1200 i would recommend tow 9800GT's. that could also work for 1680x1050 tho...

okay, but the GTX 260 is way out of budget range. Both of the cards I am listing are half that price. What I would like to know is which of the two cards that I had listed will perform better.

Thanks for the feedback though. It is much appreciated as I am very new to building.

A bit more info: Basically, I am trying to build a computer on a budget. The primary purpose is to play LOTRO and Warhammer Online.

resolution is KEY! so is how often you upgrade your computer...

im not sure of the specs of LOTRO, but i'm fairly certain a 9600GT or 9800GT max would suffice. all depends on the res again, though.
